Reward Increases Productivity!



It's a well known fact that reward increases productivity. It works for the Navy. When you dangle the "liberty" flag in front of them "if they get their task done", it gets done in record time and usually better quality if no motivation is used. Of course this only works with a salaried worker who can work 1 hour or 20 hours and still get paid the same. So, what do you do for that hourly worker? Give them a reward for accomplishing their work. Send them home early but pay them for that last hour. Give them a longer lunch.
