Funny how when oil prices start going down that gas prices continue to raise. I guess once oil started climbing, it has started a ball rolling for everything else to raise it's prices. Average gas prices here in the Hampton Roads Area of Virginia are around $3.70 per gallon. Gas Prices Hit 30-Month High In Philadelphia.
